Refund policy
Return window (30 days)
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Where returns must be sent (vendor return address)
All returns must be approved before being sent back. After your return is approved, we’ll provide a return authorization and the return address. In most cases, returns are sent to our supplier’s address in China.
Return shipping label (customer responsibility)
Customers are responsible for purchasing and paying for the return shipping label and all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We aren’t responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
Refund timing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund. Refund timing can vary depending on your payment method and location.
