Free shipping on orders $100 or more (excludes Jewelry & Gems collection).
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled by our trusted third-party suppliers and distribution partners. Once your order is placed, it is transmitted directly to the appropriate fulfillment center for processing and shipment.
Shipping Timeframes
- Processing time: 1-3 business days (handled by supplier)
- Delivery time: 5-10 business days (varies by location and supplier)
- Total estimated delivery: 6-13 business days from order date
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total. Free shipping is available on orders $100 or more (excludes crystals, gems, and minerals).
Tracking Information
Once your order ships from our supplier's warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by supplier processing times, carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing (international orders), or incorrect shipping addresses.
International Shipping
